Our iniquities, our secret heart
and its sins which we would so like to conceal
even from ourselves,
You have set in the revealing light of Your countenance.

Let the searchlight of the Lord
shine in your heart this morning.
Let Him cleanse and purify
as you open up to Him.
For His light exposes truth
and the truth will set you free.
Let His light reveal His power
to wash your sin away,
and the power of the hope
that He has called you to.
For He desires to bring to you
freedom from sin,
freedom within,
and freedom to life evermore!
