energizing and creating in you
the power and desire
both to will and to do
His good pleasure.

He began a work in you.
Do you not believe?
He is God!
He does not lie!
He is Almighty to do it
and Faithful to work.
You can trust His power within you;
to urge you on,
to do His good pleasure.
You can have faith
in His faithfulness to work in you,
to become what He's purposed.
Relying on yourself? No.
It would never have begun nor be completed.
Leaning to Him completely;
He is the Author and Finisher
of our faith!
