Then the living who remain on the earth
shall be caught up along with the resurrected dead
in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air;
and so shall we ever be with the Lord!

O Jesus,
How long until we see You?
We listen and wait
for that trumpet sound!
O glorious day
when You give the word,
and we're caught up together
with You in the clouds.
Our bodies will be changed;
we'll know as we are known.
We'll finally see You face to face
in our heavenly home!
Will God our Father give us away
as a bride to You, Jesus the Groom?
We will rise to meet You,
run into your arms,
with singing, and dance and unspeakable joy
to be with You forever, our Lord!
