July 17 ... Live In Victory

He will swallow up death in victory,

He will abolish death forever;

and the Lord God will wipe away tears

from all faces.

Isaiah 25:8

Create in me a clean heart, Lord.

For sin brings death -

death to holiness,

death to purity,

death to the goodness

that You desire to manifest through me.

Create in me a new nature.

Put to death my old one -

death to self and envy,

death to pride and arrogance,

death to my old ways and plans

that are so contrary to Your will.

Create new life,

and brand new ways,

a heart and soul

that's filled with only You!
