The Lord is the true God
and the God of truth.
He is the Living God,
and the everlasting King!
Jeremiah 10:10
This morning,
is your heart in sadness?
Do your eyes pour tears out to Him?
Know that you can lean on Jesus,
you can trust His loving arms
to encompass you in mercy.
Know that He's the Lord your God,
and in His presence there is joy.
Circumstances may be dreary,
but in Him you can rejoice.
Enter into His restful pasture,
thanking Him, for He is good.
Know that He'll love you forever,
and His promises are true.
Look to Him in this day of sadness.
Let Him come and lighten your load.
Let Him come and brighten your life,
as He brings to you
a dawn of new hope,
as He shines on you
a ray of new light.
