September 15 ... Flow In Purity

Since by your obedience to the Truth

you have purified your hearts...

see that you love one another fervently

from a pure heart.

I Peter 1:22

Recreate a heart in me

that speaks forth life and purity,

not as Moses at the sea

but speaking forth advisedly.

Let my speech be filled with grace,

bringing joy into the place

of anger, sorrow and of hate,

filling lives with peace.

May Your righteousness in me

flow to others graciously,

never in a hurtful way,

but speaking forth uprightly.

May Your truth be in my heart,

and may I always speak it forth

with grace and purity.
