You are not lacking... while you wait and watch
for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ...
He will establish you to the end.
I Corinthians 1:7-8
We have all fallen short of His glory,
short of the way we're created to be.
We have no perfection, no thing that is good,
no innate wisdom, no making it on our own.
But He has redeemed us, called us His sons;
by grace He has saved us and given us His Name.
Reconciling the fallen to a place with Him,
forgiving the repentant all trespass and sin.
His righteous robe He's clothing us in,
establishing His Word, our hope to the end!
