February 6 ... Trust Him Now

Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God,

we do not get discouraged, spiritless and despondent with fear,

or become faint with weariness and exhaustion.

II Corinthians 4:1

The deadness that you feel

              is the dark before the dawn;

The time when trust in Him is all important.

Keeping faith in what He promised,

              staying on the path He set,

Letting Him rule your emotion,

              not relenting to the pressure yet.

Know the sun will soon break through

              and His purpose you will see.

Persevere and fall on Him,

              not falling by the way.

It's His strength, His joy and peace

              that will keep your hope alive,

              'til the brightness of the Light of Life you see.

Come and let Him comfort you.

Come and walk with Him as the Sun rises.
