April 12 ... Find Life In Him

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God,

and in due time He will exalt you.

Dare we strive against Almighty God

Who made the heavens and the earth?

Dare we lift up our own heads?

Who are we?

He wants us to come to Him with awe,

to bow in repentance before His name.

He wants us to come in fellowship

as our hearts are clean.

He wants us to come to Him with love,

to obediently walk in Him.

He wants us to be with Him as sister/bride,

to be with Him as His friend.

But, not in a prideful or arrogant way,

not as though we are leading,

not in a state of alive to ourselves,

but only alive in Him.
