Behold, God is my help,
the Lord is the One Who sustains me.

Dear Believer:
Behold your God!
Look not to your circumstances.
Dwell not on your defeats.
Be not discouraged or downcast.
Look Up!
Behold your God!
He is your helper, your strength, your might.
He will nourish and feed you,
as your Shepherd and your Guide.
He brings encouragement, love and reward
for those who are weary in serving the Lord.
Let Him renew you in spirit and mind.
For He never grows weary.
The Lord God is He!
And He will give power to those who are weak.
Look to the unseen, not to the seen.
Lift up your eyes!
Behold your God!
