I have been crucified with Christ;
it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me;
and the life I now live in the flesh
I live by faith in the Son or God,
Who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Death to myself means true life in Him.
How can I presume to do on my own,
what Christ died to do through me?
Is living my own life truly living? No,
it's being one of the walking dead,
walking in the flesh, not after the Spirit.
He's called us to a higher way.
He's called us to the truth.
We are to die but then to rise,
for He is the Resurrection!
He is the Life!
